Dont play

I play this game for a few month I spend hundred on it ,it was great at start but when my phone broke I reinstalled the game and my account was gone I try talking to customer they took a few day to reply and when they did they just basically are useless keep asking question but seem like no progress on trying to get my account back to me so save yourselves the some headache and dont start
